Limited Freeware:

  • Restricted to 5 database connections
  • No Helpdesk support
  • Re-install every 12 months
  • Commercial features disabled

Product Questions:

  • Do Freeware users love it so much that are willing to pay for it?
  • If it costs money, will they abandon and find another product?

How can we target Freeware users with a new offering and not cannibalize our Base sales?
